At the moment, this site is designed primarily to allow you to look through the pages and enjoy the static content. This content is predominantly samples of my writing past and present.

However, as well as this, there is an element to the site which is constantly moving and updating, keeping in the loop as to my projects, thoughts and doings. That element is the blog.

This blog has been running since October 2010 and, though it began to chart the progress of Silk Over Razor Blades, it has been slowly, but gradually expanding to include many different aspects of my creative life. As it currently stands, the blog can be separated neatly into the following categories:

The posting schedule so far has been somewhat erratic, but now that I’ve found my feet, posts will be updated three times a week; Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. At least one of these will be whatever challenge I am currently working on, one will be an offering for Six Sentence Sunday (guess which day :-p) while the last could be any from the non-exclusive list of reviews, writing/social/writing updates or Illy’s Tips.

To access the blog, use the menus on the right hand side to pick out entries.  The calendar will allow you to see, at a glance, which dates have updates on them, while the drop down lists arrange entries by month or by category.
